Shri. P.S.Narayanaswamy is one of the chief disciples of Semmangudi R.Srinivasa Iyer. He has been tutoring many budding vocalists in carnatic music. His rendering of Thiagaraja's Pancharatna Kritis along with his disciples and other famous singers was perhaps the first cassette released of such kritis.
