In enzymology, a phosphoamidase () is an enzyme that catalyzes the chemical reaction N-phosphocreatine + H2O \rightleftharpoons creatine + phosphate
Thus, the two substrates of this enzyme are N-phosphocreatine and H2O, whereas its two products are creatine and phosphate.
