In enzymology, a phosphomannomutase () is an enzyme that catalyzes the chemical reaction alpha-D-mannose 1-phosphate \rightleftharpoons D-mannose 6-phosphate
Hence, this enzyme has one substrate, alpha-D-mannose 1-phosphate, and one product, D-mannose 6-phosphate.
