Critically EndangeredCercopithecus roloway (лат.) — вид приматов из семейства мартышковых. Некоторые исследователи рассматривают вид в качестве подвида мартышки дианы (Cercopithecus diana). Относится к числу критических видов, точная численность популяции не установлена, поскольку встречается в лесах редко, а в национальных парках не проживает. Отмечены редкие встречи с мартышками в лесах Ганы и на востоке Кот-д’Ивуара, где обезьяны являются объектами охоты. Вид похож на другие виды мартышек, но отличается своей длинной бородой. Мех преимущественно чёрного окраса, а горло и внутренняя сторона его руки белые, бедра и спина — оранжевые. Длина тела варьирует от 100 до 145 см и весом от 4 до 7 килограммов. Это древесный вид и образует социальные группы 15—30 особей. Рацион состоит из фруктов, цветов, семян и насекомых.

The Roloway monkey (Cercopithecus roloway) is an endangered species of Old World monkey endemic to tropical West Africa. It was previously considered a subspecies of the Diana monkey (C. diana). The species is classified as Critically Endangered due to habitat loss and their continued hunting because of the bushmeat trade. The Roloway monkey is mainly an arboreal species, for the most part inhabiting forests in Ghana and some reserves in South-Eastern Côte-D'Ivoire. More specifically, studies have shown that C. roloway is primarily concentrated in the Tanoé forest of the Côte-D'Ivoire because of their heavy threats to extinction and lack of habitat. It is still difficult to gather data on wild subjects, as they have low populations in a vast forest, but they are a unique and vanishing species.
