Das Kraftwerk Rutenberg ist ein Kohlekraftwerk in Israel, das an der Mittelmeerküste nahe der Stadt Aschkelon im Bezirk Süd gelegen ist. Es versorgt auch den nahegelegenen Gazastreifen. Das Kraftwerk ist nach Pinchas Ruthenberg benannt, einem Pionier der Elektrizitätswirtschaft in Israel.
