Serhat, właśc. Ahmet Serhat Hacıpaşalıoğlu (ur. 24 października 1964 w Stambule) – turecki piosenkarz, producent muzyczny i prezenter telewizyjny. Karierę w branży telewizyjnej rozpoczął w 1994, zakładając wytwórnię produkcyjną End Production. Również w 1994 został producentem i prowadzącym teleturnieju , będącego turecką wersją telewizyjnego quizu (w Polsce znany pod tytułem Va banque). W 1997 zadebiutował jako piosenkarz wydaniem singla „Rüya-ben bir daha”. Równolegle z działalnością telewizyjną, kontynuował karierę muzyczną poprzez premiery kolejnych piosenek: „Total Disguise” (duet z Viktorem Lazlo) w 2004, „Chocolate Flavour” w 2005, „I Was So Lonely”, „O No Never (Moscow-Istanbul)” i „Ja + ti” (rosyjska wersja „Total Disguise”, wszystkie trzy piosenki w duecie z Tamarą Gwerdciteli) w 2008 oraz „Je m'adore” w 2014. Dwukrotny reprezentant San Marino w Konkursie Piosenki Eurowizji (2016 i 2019).
