Simurrum

It was neighbor and sometimes ally with the Lullubi kingdom. Zabban is noted as a cult center of Adad into the Neo-Babylonian period.

They were often in conflict with the rulers of Ur III. Mesopotamian sources refer to them as "highlanders".
