Die Spirostreptida sind eine Ordnung der zu den Tausendfüßern gehörenden Doppelfüßer. Mit über 1000 bekannten Arten handelt es sich um die drittgrößte Ordnung der Doppelfüßer, nach den Bandfüßern (Polydesmida) und den Samenfüßern (Chordeumatida). Die Ordnung ist vor allem tropisch und subtropisch verbreitet und findet sich in Amerika, Afrika, Südwestasien und von Süd- und Ostasien bis Australien sowie auf verschiedenen pazifischen Inseln. Viele Arten sind beliebte Terrarientiere. Umgangssprachlich werden meist Vertreter der Spirostreptida, der Schnurfüßer oder der Spirobolida gemeint, wenn von Tausendfüßern die Rede ist.
