hydrochlorothiazide
Hydrochlorothiazide, sold under the brand name Hydrodiuril among others, is a diuretic medication used to treat hypertension and swelling due to fluid build-up. Other uses include treating diabetes insipidus and renal tubular acidosis and to decrease the risk of kidney stones in hypercalciuria. Hydrochlorothiazide is taken by mouth and may be combined with other blood pressure medications as a single pill to increase effectiveness. Hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide medication which inhibits reabsorption of sodium and chloride ions from the distal convoluted tubules of the kidneys, causing a na
diazoxide
Diazoxide, sold under the brand name Proglycem among others, is a medication used to treat low blood sugar due to a number of specific causes. This includes islet cell tumors that cannot be removed and leucine sensitivity. It can also be used in refractory cases of sulfonylurea toxicity. It is taken by mouth.
chlorothiazide
Chlorothiazide, sold under the brand name Diuril among others, is an organic compound used as a diuretic and as an antihypertensive.
(RS)-bendroflumethiazide
Bendroflumethiazide, formerly bendrofluazide, trade name Aprinox, is a thiazide diuretic used to treat hypertension.
trichlormethiazide
Trichlormethiazide (INN, currently being sold under the brand names of Achletin, Diu-Hydrin and Triflumen) is a diuretic with properties similar to those of hydrochlorothiazide. It is usually administered for the treatment of oedema (including that which is associated with heart failure, hepatic cirrhosis and corticosteroid therapy) and hypertension. In veterinary medicine, trichlormethiazide can be combined with dexamethasone to be used on horses with mild swelling of distal limbs and general bruising.

Hydroflumethiazide (or Saluron) is a diuretic. == Synthesis == thumb|center|700px|Hydroflumethiazide synthesis: Numerous patents, e.g., Lund et al., (1966 to LEO Pharma|Lövens Kemiske Fabrik).
cyclothiazide
Cyclothiazide (Anhydron, Acquirel, Doburil, Fluidil, Renazide, Tensodiural, Valmiran), sometimes abbreviated CTZ, is a benzothiadiazide (thiazide) diuretic and antihypertensive that was originally introduced in the United States in 1963 by Eli Lilly and was subsequently also marketed in Europe and Japan. Related drugs include diazoxide, hydrochlorothiazide, and chlorothiazide.
Benzothiadiazine
Benzothiadiazine is a chemical compound that consists of a benzene ring fused to a thiadiazine ring. Thiadiazine in turn is a six-membered heterocycle composed of three carbon atoms, one sulfur atom, and two nitrogen atoms.
methyclothiazide
Methyclothiazide (trade name Enduron) is a thiazide diuretic.
bentazone
Bentazon, or Bentazone, is a herbicide active ingredient. It is selective. Chemically, it is a thiadiazine. Sodium bentazon is available commercially as "Basagran", "Herbatox", "Leader" and "Laddock" and is coloued slightly brown.
polythiazide
Polythiazide is a thiazide diuretic.
benzthiazide
Benzthiazide (BAN/INN, also known as benzothiazide; trade names Aquatag, Dihydrex, Diucen, Edemax, Exna, Foven and others) is a thiazide diuretic used in the treatment of high blood pressure and edema. It is no longer available in the United States.
altizide
Altizide is a thiazide diuretic. In combination with spironolactone it is sold under the brand name of Aldactacine and Aldactazine by Pfizer and other names by other companies.
cyclopenthiazide
Cyclopenthiazide (trade name Navidrex) is a thiazide diuretic used in the treatment of heart failure and hypertension.
IDRA-21
IDRA-21 is a positive allosteric modulator of the AMPA receptor and a benzothiadiazine derivative. It is a chiral molecule, with (+)-IDRA-21 being the active form.
epithiazide
Epitizide is a diuretic. It is often combined with triamterene.
S-18986
S-18986 is a positive allosteric modulator of the AMPA receptor related to cyclothiazide. It has nootropic and neuroprotective effects in animal studies, and induces both production of BDNF and AMPA-mediated release of noradrenaline and acetylcholine in the hippocampus and frontal cortex of the brain.
mebutizide
Mebutizide is a diuretic.
