Basufan (arabisch باصوفان, DMG Bāṣūfān) ist ein abgelegenes Dorf im Nordwesten von Syrien. Die gleichnamige frühbyzantinische Siedlung wird wegen der Phokas-Kirche von 491/92 erwähnt, die zu den damals schönsten Kirchen im Gebiet der Toten Städte gezählt wird.
