Cornflakes ([ˈkɔrnfleːks], engl. corn „Mais“ und flakes „Flocken“) sind Frühstücksflocken aus gekochtem, breitgewalztem und anschließend getrocknetem Mais, meist mit Zucker und weiteren Zutaten. Sie werden üblicherweise mit Milch oder Fruchtsäften verzehrt oder sind manchmal Teil von Müsli. Cornflakes bestehen größtenteils aus Kohlenhydraten.
