Das Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory oder kurz Fermilab ist ein Forschungszentrum für Teilchenphysik, das vom US-amerikanischen Department of Energy betrieben wird. Es liegt etwa 50 Kilometer westlich von Chicago in Illinois, auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Batavia und beherbergte von 1983 bis 2011 das Tevatron, das am 30. November 2009 vom Large Hadron Collider als energiereichster Teilchenbeschleuniger der Welt abgelöst wurde.
