This Belgian artist singing mostly in Flemish (but also in French, English, German and even Italian) was Born in Diest, Flanders, Belgium in 1948 as Liliane Keuninckx. Her voice, full of soul, was discovered by Milo De Coster who launched "Liliane" with the hit "We gotta stop". Liliane won Canzonissima, a song contest in Flanders, in 1968.
