ミスラタ （Misurata アラビア語: مصراته、ミスラータとも）は、リビアの都市。リビア北部、トリポリタニア東部に位置し、首都トリポリからは211km東に、ベンガジから825km西に位置している。ミスラタ県の県都である。シドラ湾の入口に位置し、カスル・アハメド港という大港湾を持つ。トリポリとベンガジを結ぶ幹線上にある。2012年の人口は約50万人で、トリポリとベンガジに次ぐリビア第3の都市である。 ミスラタは紀元前1000年ごろにフェニキア人によって建設され、カルタゴ、ローマ帝国、7世紀にはイスラム教徒によって征服された。 ミスラタの主要産業は工業であり、繊維や乳製品などの軽工業、製鉄などの重工業ともにさかんである。1985年、神戸製鋼などの協力によってミスラタ製鉄所が建設された。市内には15学部を持つミスラタ大学がある。 2011年に起こった内戦では、開始当初から反体制派（リビア国民評議会）側の手中にあったものの、カダフィ派との間でこの地を巡って熾烈な戦闘が行われ、多数の死傷者が出ている。 2012年2月20日、同国初の自由選挙である市議会選が行われた。
