الساركوما العظمية أو الورم الغرني العظمي (بالإنجليزية: Osteosarcoma) هو ورم سرطاني غرني sarcoma ينشأ في العظام، ويعد من أكثر سرطانات العظام شيوعاً وأكثرها انتشاراً لدى الأطفال، ويظهر عادةً قبيل سن العاشرة وعند المراهقين واليافعين. ويزيد معدله بنسبة تصل إلى الضعف عند الذكور عنه لدى الإناث. ومن المعتاد أن ينشأ الورم بالعظام المحيطة بالركبة بصفة خاصة، وفي عظام العضد والفخذ بنسبة أقل دون أن ينبث إلى المفاصل المجاورة. وعند نسبة تقترب من 20% من الحالات يكون الورم قد انتقل من موضع النشأة عند التشخيص، ومن المعتاد انتقاله إلى الرئتين (حوالي 80% من حالات انتقال الورم تكون بالرئتين)، وبنسبة أقل ينبث إلى عظام أخرى.
