Sign in to saveAlso known as Passion of Christ, Passion of Jesus
The Passion refers to the final period of Jesus's life leading up to his crucifixion, as recorded in Christian texts. It matters because it is central to Christian theology and has profoundly shaped Western religious, cultural, and artistic traditions for nearly two thousand years.
