التطعيم بالبرعم هو أحد طرق تطعيم الأشجار المثمرة. ويتم بوضع برعم كامن تام النمو في شق تحت قشرة الأصل يكون على شكل T ويلف برباط محكم. و بمرور الوقت تلتحم أنسجة البرعم والأصل ويبدأ بالنمو ثم تقص فروع البرعم كي يحول الغذاء إلى البرعم وينمو بسرعة زائدة ويتم ذلك في الربيع.
