Unsuk Chin (진은숙, born 14 July 1961, Seoul, South Korea) is a Korean contemporary classical composer, currently living in Berlin, Germany. She studied in Hamburg with György Ligeti, and has adapted much of his musical style into her own. She uses both traditional instruments, as well as electronics in her compositions. Chin began her musical career at age six on piano, but quickly switched her focus to composition because composition lessons were cheaper. <a href="https://www.last.fm/music/Unsuk+
