Daigremontianin is a bufadienolide. ==Toxicity== Daigremontianin causes potentially fatal cardiac arrhythmias, but repeated sub-lethal doses cause a condition called cotyledonosis, an intoxication affecting nervous and muscular systems of small animals, particularly, sheep in the Karoo area of South Africa.
