La sylvothérapie est une médecine non conventionnelle qui repose sur l'idée qu'être dans une forêt ou à proximité d'arbres aurait un effet bénéfique sur le bien-être et la santé. Certains ajoutent à cette pratique de base, des approches plus proches de l'herboristerie, de l'ethnobotanique (consommation de plantes sauvages), ou de la gemmothérapie (usage pseudo-thérapeutiques des bourgeons). À cause l'absence de résultats prouvant l'efficacité et les effets de cette méthode, elle est considérée comme une pseudoscience.
