Paromomycin (Handelsname: Humatin®) ist ein Aminoglykosid-Antibiotikum, das zur Behandlung von Infektionen im Verdauungstrakt verwendet wird. Paromomycin ist ein sehr altes Antibiotikum, das in jüngster Zeit eine neue Bedeutung bei der Behandlung der Leishmaniose erhalten hat. Es ähnelt stark dem Aminoglykosid-Antibiotikum Neomycin.
