Robert Floyd Curl, Jr. (* 23. August 1933 in Alice, Texas; † 3. Juli 2022 in Houston, Texas) war ein US-amerikanischer Chemiker. Curl wurde 1957 bei Kenneth Sanborn Pitzer mit dem Thema Some Spectroscopic and Thermodynamic Properties of Molecules an der University of California, Berkeley promoviert Curl war emeritierter Professor für Chemie an der Rice University. Zusammen mit Richard E.
