fluocinolone
Fluocinolone is a synthetic glucocorticoid corticosteroid which was never marketed. The acetonide cyclic ketal of fluocinolone, fluocinolone acetonide, in contrast, has been marketed.
nomegestrol acetate
chemical compound
formestane
Formestane, formerly sold under the brand name Lentaron among others, is a steroidal, selective aromatase inhibitor which is used in the treatment of estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer in postmenopausal women. The drug is not active orally, and was available only as an intramuscular depot injection. Formestane was not approved by the United States FDA and the injectable form that was used in Europe in the past has been withdrawn from the market. Formestane is an analogue of androstenedione.
algestone acetophenide
chemical compound
Dienedione
Dienedione, also known as estra-4,9-diene-3,17-dione, is a synthetic, orally active anabolic-androgenic steroid (AAS) of the 19-nortestosterone group that was never introduced for medical use. It is thought to be a prohormone of dienolone. The drug became a controlled substance in the US on January 4, 2010, and is classified as a Schedule III anabolic steroid under the United States Controlled Substances Act. Previous to this, it was sold as a bodybuilding supplement within the United States, and often mistakenly marketed as a prohormone for trenbolone, a veterinary steroid. Prior to its sched
clobetasol
Clobetasol is a synthetic glucocorticoid corticosteroid. A propionate ester of clobetasol, clobetasol propionate, has also been marketed, and is far more widely used in comparison.
spirodecanedione
Spirodecanedione is a chemical compound. It features spirodecane with two ketones attached.
gestonorone
Gestronol (), also known as gestonorone, as well as 17α-hydroxy-19-norprogesterone or 17α-hydroxy-19-norpregn-4-ene-3,20-dione, is a progestin of the 19-norprogesterone and 17α-hydroxyprogesterone groups which was never marketed. The C17α caproate ester of gestronol, gestonorone caproate (gestronol hexanoate), in contrast, has been marketed.
chlormadinone
Chlormadinone is a progestin which was never marketed. An acylated derivative, chlormadinone acetate, is used clinically as a pharmaceutical drug.
medrysone
Medrysone (INN, USAN; brand names HMS, Medrocort, others; former developmental code NSC-63278; also known as hydroxymethylprogesterone, methylhydroxyprogesterone, hydroxymesterone, 6α-methyl-11β-hydroxyprogesterone, or 6α-methyl-11β-hydroxypregn-4-ene-3,20-dione) is a synthetic glucocorticoid that is or has been used in the treatment of inflammatory eye diseases. It has been discontinued in the United States. Although it is very similar in structure to progesterone, neither progestogenic nor androgenic activity has been demonstrated for or attributed to medrysone.
Oudenone
Oudenone is a molecule found in fungus metabolism. It is an inhibitor of the enzyme tyrosine hydroxylase.
diflorasone
Diflorasone is a synthetic glucocorticoid corticosteroid which was never marketed. A diacetate ester of diflorasone, diflorasone diacetate, in contrast, has been marketed.
fluocortin
Fluocortin is a corticosteroid. It is similar to fluocortolone, but with one more carbonyl group.
alpha-furil
Furil, also commonly known as α-furil or 2,2′-furil, is a furan compound.
19-norprogesterone
19-Norprogesterone, also known as 19-norpregn-4-ene-3,20-dione, is a steroidal progestin and close analogue of the sex hormone progesterone, lacking only the C19 methyl group of that molecule. It was first synthesized in 1944 in the form of a mixture that also included unnatural stereoisomers (probably C14 (β) and C17 (α)) of progesterone, and this mixture was found to be at least equivalent to progesterone in terms of progestogenic activity. Subsequent investigations revealed that 17-isoprogesterone and 14-iso-17-isoprogesterone are devoid of progestogenic activity. 19-Norprogesterone was res

5-androstenedione
5-Androstenedione, also known as androst-5-ene-3,17-dione, is a prohormone of testosterone. The World Anti-Doping Agency prohibits its use in athletes. In the United States, it is a controlled substance.
Protiofate
Protiofate is a drug that has antimycotic activity and used in gynecology to treat yeast infections.
dihydroresorcinol
1,3-Cyclohexanedione is an organic compound with the formula (CH2)4(CO)2. It is one of three isomeric cyclohexanediones. It is a colorless compound that occurs naturally. It is the substrate for cyclohexanedione hydrolase. The compound exists mainly as the enol tautomer.
cyclohexane-1,2-dione
1,2-Cyclohexanedione is an organic compound with the formula . It is one of three isomeric cyclohexanediones. It is a colorless compound that is soluble in a variety of organic solvents. It can be prepared by oxidation of cyclohexanone by selenium dioxide. The enol is about 1 kcal/mol more stable than the diketo form.
2,3-pentanedione

Until 2005, bolandione was available without prescription in United States, where it was marketed as a prohormone, but it is now classified as a Schedule III drug. It is also banned from use in many sports, including the Olympic Games, under the World Anti-Doping Code. Bolandione is readily metabolized to nandrolone after oral administration, but its potency to transactivate the androgen rece
