آلبرت اینشتین

Albert Einstein was a theoretical physicist, philosopher of science, inventor, and pedagogue. Born in Ulm in 1879, he died in Princeton in 1955. He held nationalities of the US, DE, CH, and DEU. Einstein spoke and wrote in English and German, with German as his native language. He was educated at ETH Zurich and the University of Zurich. His doctoral advisors included Alfred Kleiner, Heinrich Burkhardt, and Heinrich Friedrich Weber. He was also a student of Heinrich Friedrich Weber and Hermann Minkowski.

Einstein worked at the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property, Charles University, the University of Zurich, and ETH Zurich. His work locations included Bern, Prague, Zurich, and Berlin. He resided in the Einsteinhaus, Munich, Princeton, and Smíchov. He was a member of the Royal Society, Royal Prussian Academy of Sciences, German Academy of Sciences Leopoldina, and American Philosophical Society. His awards included the Barnard Medal for Meritorious Service to Science, the Nobel Prize in Physics, the Gold Medal of the Royal Astronomical Society, and the Prix Jules Janssen.
