brigatinib
Sign in to saveBrigatinib, sold under the brand name Alunbrig among others, is a small-molecule targeted cancer therapy being developed by Ariad Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Brigatinib acts as an inhibitor of the receptor tyrosine kinase anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), as well as several nonreceptor tyrosine kinases such as FAK, FAK2, and FER. It shows activity against ALK-positive non–small cell lung cancer, ALK-positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), and NF2-related schwannomatosis.
