Fibrynogen (I czynnik krzepnięcia) – białko osocza krwi wytwarzane w wątrobie, biorące udział w końcowej fazie procesu krzepnięcia i przekształcane w białko fibrylarne – fibrynę (włóknik), współtworzącą skrzep krwi. Fibrynogen łącząc się z powoduje agregację aktywowanych trombocytów. Jest zaliczany do białek ostrej fazy.
