Mangoingwer (Curcuma amada) ist eine Pflanzenart aus der Gattung Curcuma innerhalb der Familie der Ingwergewächse (Zingiberaceae). Er ähnelt äußerlich dem Ingwer (Zingiber officinale), besitzt jedoch ein Aroma wie die Mango (Mangifera indica). Er ist in Asien verbreitet, angebaut und wird vielseitig verwendet.
