Ethionamide (aka ETA or ETH) is an antibiotic used to treat tuberculosis. Specifically it is used, along with other antituberculosis medications, to treat active multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. It is no longer recommended for leprosy. It is taken by mouth.

エチオナミド(Ethionamide)は結核の治療に用いられる抗生物質である。具体的にはその他のと共に活性多剤耐性肺結核の治療に用いられる。ハンセン病の治療薬としてはもはや推奨されていない。投与法は経口である。 エチオナミドの副作用の確率は高い。一般的な副作用は吐き気、下痢、腹痛、食欲不振があげられる。重度の副作用は肝臓の炎症とうつ病があげられる。のある患者への投与は避けるべきである。妊娠中の患者への投与は推奨されておらず安全性は不明確である。エチオナミドはチオアミドに属する医薬品である。作用機序はミコール酸の使用を阻害する事によるものだと考えられる。 エチオナミドは、アメリカでは1965年に医薬品として承認された。世界保健機関の必須医薬品リストに掲載される最も効果的で安全な医療制度で必要とされる医薬品である。開発途上国での卸価格は1か月分で約$5.94～$24.12米ドルである。
