Matsoni (Armeens: մածուն, matsun; Georgisch: მაწონი, mats'oni) is een traditionele yoghurt uit het Kaspische Zee-gebied. De yoghurt lijkt op klassieke yoghurt, maar wordt met andere micro-organismen bereid en heeft een iets andere smaak en structuur. Matsoni bevat probiotica. Het wordt gemaakt van koemelk, geitenmelk, schapenmelk, of buffelmelk.
