Oncom (auch Ontjom) ist ein traditionelles Fermentationsprodukt aus Westjava, das in der sundanesischen Küche als Grundnahrungsmittel verwendet wird. Ähnlich wie bei Tempeh entsteht Oncom durch Zugabe entsprechender Schimmelpilze.
